1. Approve payment of invoices.



2. Approve payment of Invoice No. 4855118, in the amount of $7,389.20, to Brooksville Regional for an indigent claim under the Health Care Responsibility Act (HCRA).



3. Approve payment of Invoice No. 4855118, in the amount of $8,444.80, to Brooksville Regional for an indigent claim under the Health Care Responsibility Act (HCRA).



4. Approve payment of Invoice No. 916, in the amount of $420,754.19, to The Scruggs Company for the reconstruction of CR 249 (Nobles Ferry Road) in District 1.



5. Approve payment of Invoice No. 962, in the amount of $27,054.50, to The Scruggs Company for the resurfacing of the Suwannee County Health Department parking lot.



6. Approve payment of Invoice No. 6600691-04, in the amount of $16,000.00, to The Haskell Company for the final payment for the preliminary design and construction documents for the Suwannee County Courthouse Administrative Expansion.



7. Appointment of Sherwood Boatright to serve on the Suwannee County Historical Commission.

At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider adoption of resolution honoring the Association for Home and Community Education Volunteers and declaring October 6, 2009 as Suwannee County Association for Home and Community Education Day. 11. At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider adoption of resolution proclaiming October 4-10, 2009 as National 4-H Week in Suwannee County. (Katherine Allen, Extension Office Director)



12. At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, discuss, with possible Board action, mowing of parking area used by Suwannee County Fair Association in lieu of paying rent. (Tim Alcorn, President – Suwannee County Fair Association)
