CONSENT:

1. Approve payment of invoices.



2. Approve payment of Invoice No. 58296, in the amount of $54,909.80, to Anderson Columbia Co., Inc., for final payment for the reconstruction of Walker Street.



3. Approve payment of Invoice No. 5110965, in the amount of $37,260.00 to Hasty’s Communications of Florida, Inc. for maintenance service for communication towers in Suwannee County for Fiscal Year 2008-09.

4. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, open qualifications, for Grant Writing Services. (Request for Qualifications No. 2009-13) (Murphy McLean, Jr., County Coordinator)



5. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, open bids, for Luraville Volunteer Fire Department. (Bid Solicitation No. 2009-12) (Charlie Conner, Public Safety Director)



6. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider recommendation of Bid Review Committee in awarding of bid for the roof for the Suwannee County Animal Shelter. (Bids were opened during October 6, 2009 Board meeting.) (Bid Solicitation No. 2009-08) (Jay Hatfield)



7. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider recommendation of Bid Review Committee in awarding of bid for the septic system for the Suwannee County Animal Shelter. 8. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, presentation by the American Cancer Society. (Shelly Monroe)





9. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval Certificate Regarding Matching Funds and Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Division of Elections to receive a Federal Election Activities grant in the amount of $4,408.22, with the County providing fifteen percent (15%) matching funds in the amount of $661.23. 10. At 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider adoption of resolution supporting the delay of the implementation of the Paper Ballot Legislation from 2012 to 2016. (Glenda Williams, Supervisor of Elections)
