Clinton County Farm Bureau Ride & Drive

DEWITT — Young farmers, friends and families are invited by the Clinton County Farm Bureau Board of Directors to the second used equipment ride and drive event for young farmers.

Those who are a Farm Bureau member or are interested in becoming one and between the ages of 19 and 35 can attend the event to talk one on one with implement dealers.

Multiple equipment dealers will bring a variety of options including tractors, tillage implements and utility equipment. P & K Midwest and Kunau Implement Co., both of DeWitt, and others will be participating. Detailed information about the equipment will be available by contacting the Clinton County Farm Bureau office in DeWitt.

The used equipment ride and drive will be Saturday, Sept. 28, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Campbell Farms, 2201 US 30, just west of Grand Mound.

Iowa State Extension ag and crop specialists will attend and a warm meal will be provided.

Those who want to have the meal should call the Clinton County Farm Bureau office as soon as possible at (563) 659-5134.
