Although this will only be the CCCB’s second time doing this, Steines expects history to repeat itself and for Saturday to be another successful Halloween at Rock Creek Marina.
“It was great last year. I had around 80 people for the apple pressing, even though it was a cold, rainy day. And the hay-rack ride sounded like an amusement park last year; they were having such a great time,” Steines said. “It’s really just a special event because it’s more than trick-or-treating; it’s the complete Halloween experience.”
