---- — CLINTON — Citizens First Bank has altered its Board of Directors.
Kathy Forrest was promoted to executive vice president and Mike Hanrahan was appointed director of the Citizens First Bank Board of Directors.
“Kathy and Mike are widely respected in the business community and the board’s decision to promote and appoint is a reflection of their positions and commitment to the area,” Board of Directors Chairman Bart Baker said.
Forrest recently was chief financial officer and cashier. She was instrumental in the start-up of the bank and has helped keep it going for 13 years. In addition to her 15 years of banking experience, she advanced through a number of accounting and financial analysis positions while employed with John Deere for 10 years.
She is currently a member of the Prince of Peace Investment committee and has previously held board positions with the YWCA and the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce.
Hanrahan has been with Agri-King for more than 24 years having advanced through several positions and is currently executive vice president and serving on the company’s Board of Directors.
In addition, he has more than seven years experience as a public accountant with McGladery and Pullen of Clinton. He currently serves on the River Bend Educational Foundation Board and has previously held board positions with the River Bend Athletic Boosters, Paul B. Sharar Foundation, and the Fulton Community Fund.
