'Buggy' activities planned

CLINTON — The Felix Adler Children’s Discovery Center will hold its weekly Fun Time Friday program at 10 a.m. Friday.

Preschoolers and their caregivers will be “going buggy” as presenter Elizabeth Hopkins shares familiar stories, such as “The Very Hungry Caterpillar,” and other favorites, by children’s author Eric Carle. Corresponding activities include a craft, where children make a caterpillar, plus fingerplays, puppets and other developmental activities.

The lesson will conclude with a Grouchy Lady Bug snack.

 Regular daily admission applies which is $4 per person ages 2 to 64, $3 per person ages 65 and older, and free for members and for children ages 1 and younger.

The Children’s Discovery Center is open Wednesdays through Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Sundays, 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
