Jackson County officials seek bank robbery suspect

BALDWIN — Jackson County deputies are seeking the public’s assistance to solve a bank robbery case.

Jackson County officials were notified around 9:15 a.m. Friday that Ohnward Bank and Trust, 4726 50th Ave., Baldwin, had been robbed by a male.

The suspect is described as being between 5 feet, 10 inches and 6 feet tall, weighing between 240 and 260 pounds and possibly wearing a fake beard. He left in a white truck with a red stripe down the side. He left the bank heading south on 50th Avenue. Anyone with information is asked to call the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office at (563) 652-3312.
