ADJUNCT FACULTY POSITIONS
The Correction Education Program at Indiana State University is now
accepting applications for part-time adjunct faculty positions for the
Spring
2010 semester. Adjunct instructors are needed to teach in one (or more) of
the five prisons where Indiana State University provides educational
ser-vices.
ISU serves the following prisons in Indiana:
Plainfield Correctional Facility
Putnamville Correctional Facility
Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle
Rockville Correctional Facility
Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute
All candidates for the Associate’s level courses will be required to teach
on
site, in the prison. Faculty teaching at the Bachelor’s level will be
broad-casting
their courses from a studio located on the ISU campus. Pay will be
based upon qualifications and course load.
The following Associate’s level courses will need faculty this spring:
• English • Art • Music • Business (Finance) • Accounting • Biology
• Political Science • Sociology • Communication
