Grubb-Clutter
Sarah Grubb and Jeff Clutter were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. June 21, 2008, in Eastside Church of Christ.
The bride’s father, minister of Marshall Church of Christ, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Betsy and Ken Grubb of Terre Haute. She is a December 2007 graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor of science degree. She is employed by Fitness Experts.
The bridegroom is the son of Janette and Mike Clutter of Terre Haute. He is a May 2008 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in technology education. He teaches at West Vigo High School and works at the Vigo County School Corp. Administration Building.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Bonnie Wagner, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Brenna Porter, cousin of the bride, Ashley Miner, aunt of the bridegroom, and Makayla Clutter, sister of the bridegroom, were bridesmaids.
Chris Clutter, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Father of the bridegroom, and Mark and Curtis Grubb, brothers of the bride, were groomsmen.
Matt Murray, Drew Wiencken, Leroy Bridges, Jon Nyatawa, Chris Ludwig and Joe Gerace were ushers.
Kiera Grubb and …owny Wagner, nieces of the bride, were flower girls. Caden Grubb, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.
Loran Porter and Hanna Reed, cousins of the bride, were program attendants. Mandy Grubb, sister-in-law of the bride, was in charge of guest book picture registry. Hanna, Lydia and Chloe Reed, cousins of the bride, handled out bubbles.
A reception followed in the fellowship hall at the church.
Showers were given by Bonnie Wagner, Amy Woodson, Joyce Striclyn, Callie Maxon and Sheila Davidson.
The couple took a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., and now reside in Terre Haute.
Goebel-Gulati
Lindsay “Creighton” Goebel and Dr. Sujoy “Sean” Gulati were united in marriage on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, in a private ceremony on the island of Antigua in the West Indies.
The bride is the daughter of Christine Goebel of Terre Haute and the late Dr. Edward L. Goebel. She is a 2003 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and a 2008 graduate of Indiana University in Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She plans to attend law school.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roshan Gulati of Alpharetta, Ga., and a 1993 graduate of Sevenoaks Academy in Southeast England. He graduated in 1997 from Emory University with bachelor’s degrees in biology and anthropology and in 2004 from Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Indiana University in emergency medicine and is a physician in the Clarian West Emergency Department in Indianapolis.
A wedding shower was given in the Country Club of Terre Haute, hosted by Melissa Betzner, Sara Trinckler and Amy Weller of Fishers.
The couple reside in Fishers.
Wilson-De Leon
Natalie Ann Wilson, formerly of Terre Haute, and Rolando De Leon Jr. of San Antonio were united in marriage at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes, Texas.
The Rev. Carlos Davalos officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Cynthia (Garry) Wilson of Terre Haute and Tom and Nancy Wilson of Clinton. She is a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and Indiana State University, and is a graduate student at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She is a second-grade teacher with Northside ISD in San Antonio.
The bridegroom is the son of Paulina and Rolando De Leon Sr. of Asherton, Texas. He attended college in San Antonio and is an auto body and paint specialist, employed by Boerne Collision Center in Boerne, Texas.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Amanda Wilson, sister of bride, was honor attendant. Chrissie Tennant, Alana Wells, Jennifer Best and Laura Whitney were bridesmaids. Sylvia De Leon, sister of bridegroom, was junior bridesmaid.
Lloydmann De Leon, brother of bridegroom, was best man. Albert Zamora, Chris Garcia, Sam Ruiz, and Adolf De Leon, cousin of bridegroom, were groomsmen.
Scott Filchak and Richard Vara were ushers.
Daniel and Joshua Warwick were ring bearers.
A dinner and dance reception followed at Pedrotti’s North Wind Ranch in Helotes.
A bridal shower was given by Amanda Wilson and Debbie Krueger in July in the Country Club of Terre Haute.
The couple now resides in San Antonio.
Hinds-Duval
Stephanie M. Hinds and Jeffrey J. Duval were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 2, 2008, in Prince of Peace Church at South Bend.
The Rev. David Hendricks officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Carol and Ron Derflinger of Bloomington and Buster and Emma Hinds of Terre Haute. She is a 1997 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and a 2001 graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. She is a nurse at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend.
Duval is the son of Pam and Joe Duval of Niles, Mich. He is a graduate of Niles High School and is employed by Notre Dame University Football Stadium.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Michelle Herring of Terre Haute was honor attendant. Dawn Kuhlman of South Bend, Crystal Keith of Terre Haute and Stacey Duval of Edwardsburg, Mich., were bridesmaids.
John Hoskin of Niles, Mich., was best man. Frank Kuhlman of South Bend, Aaron Beckwith of Niles and Jeff Hinds of Boonville, Mo., were groomsmen.
Tim Bladen of Putnamville and Mike Spurgeon of South Bend were ushers.
Kendra Kuhlman of South Bend was flower girl. Klayton Kuhlman of South Bend was ring bearer.
Dakotah and Cheyenne Herring were guest book attendants.
A dinner and dance reception followed in the Knights of Columbus Hall at Mishawaka.
The couple took wedding trip to St. Lucia and now reside in South Bend.
