The following have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas in criminal cases (costs and fines figures may include restitution):

Michael McBride, 40, 200 block of Andrews Street, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy to get methadone into prison. Sentenced to eight to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,029 in costs and fines.

Harold E. Walk, 38, Northern Cambria, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,266 in costs and fines.

Terrance L. Washington Jr., 21, 300 block of Ihmsen Avenue, Johnstown, carrying a firearm without a license. Sentenced to nine to 24 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,588 in costs and fines.

Harvey Lamont Washington, 21, 300 block of Ihmsen Avenue, Johnstown, reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and carrying a prohibited offensive weapon. Sentenced to four to 23 months in the county prison. Ordered to pay $3,710 in costs and fines.

Jamie Lee Weigle, 31, 300 block of Ferndale Avenue, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $481 in costs and fines.

Dustin Lee Wickard, 21, 600 block of Gray Avenue, Northern Cambria, criminal mischief and two counts of disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $3,451 in costs and fines.

Charwan N. Wood, 29, of 100 block of Adams Street, Johnstown, 78 counts of access device fraud. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $6,303 in costs and fines.

Danielle Lee Woody, 22, 500 block of Oak Street, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy to simulate objects of antiquity and retail theft. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $2,460 in costs and fines.

Paul C. Younkin III, 28, 100 block of Fremont Avenue, Portage, harassment. Ordered to pay $521 in costs and fines. No further sentence imposed.

Barry Zentack, 59, 100 block of Forest Street, Gallitzin, DUI-second offense, DUI-third offense, failing to give information or render aid, failing to give notice of an accident and two counts of public drunkenness. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day in county prison, with four weekends to be spent in jail, followed by home confinement. Ordered to pay $9,066 in costs and fines.

Charles A. Bates, 51, 700 block of Smith Place, Johnstown, DUI-second offense. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional

21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,122 in costs and fines.

Meade Rhyne Batzel, 23, 500 block of First Street,

Mine 37, Windber, indecent assault and corrupting the morals of a minor. Placed on probation for five years. Ordered to pay $4,816 in costs and fines.

Christopher David Bloom, 30, 300 block of Johnson Avenue, Portage, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,304 in costs and fines.

Arthur Bolton, 38, 500 block of Corrine Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,145 in costs and fines.

Amy Marie Brosch, 26, 500 block of Central Avenue, Cresson, DUI-third offense, driving while license suspended, public drunkenness and taking contraband into the prison. Sentenced to 11/2 to four years in county prison. Ordered to pay $5,185 in costs and fines.

John Busch, 48, 800 block of Nicktown Hill Road, Northern Cambria, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,211 in costs and fines.

Antonio Maurice Chatman, 38, 1200 block of Franklin Street, Johnstown, harassment and two counts of flight to avoid apprehension. Placed on probation for six years. Ordered to pay $4,998 in costs and fines.

Desalynn Coleman, 28, Solomon Homes, Johnstown, hindering apprehension or prosecution of another person, bad check, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $5,190 in costs and fines.

Steven Cominsky, 23, 1200 block of Davis Street, Nanty Glo, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $701 in costs and fines.

Charles William Creek, 31, Altoona, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month home confinement and an additional

23 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,032 in costs and fines.

Eric W. Dostal, 46, 100 block of Herman Lane, Johnstown, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,122 in costs and fines.

Dennis Michael Ehredt Jr., 27, 100 block of West Crawford Street, Ebensburg, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,251 in costs and fines.

Carla Gallaher, 40, 100 block of Filmore Street, Johnstown, escape. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,826 in costs and fines.

Ryan A. Gaunt, 27, Oakhurst Homes, attempted corruption of minors, DUI, reckless endangerment, driving while license suspended and public drunkenness. Sentenced to two months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $6,706 in costs and fines.

Brian Gaydos, 21, 1000 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1, 147 in costs and fines.

Joel A. Goshey, 31, 300 block of Colver Road, Ebensburg, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month home confinement and an additional 23 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,777 in costs and fines.

Matthew James Goss, 24, 100 block of Ridge Road, Nicktown, DUI-third offense, public drunkenness and two counts of driving while license suspended. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $7,212 in costs and fines.

Steven Howard Grassmyer, 24, 100 block of D Street, Johnstown, theft. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $4,854 in costs and fines.

Steven Howard Grassmyer, 24, 100 block of D Street, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy to commit theft, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for seven years. Ordered to pay $21,710 in costs and fines.

Alesha Hoffman, 20, Baiker Street, Johnstown, obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence and failure to have dog vaccinated. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $3,001 in costs and fines.

Charles Homerick, 45, Altoona, DUI-third offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $5,078 in costs and fines.

Anthony Joseph Inzana, 52, 200 block of Buffalo Lane, Carrolltown, DUI-second offense. Sentenced to three months home confinement with electronic monitoring, plus

21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,752 in costs and fines.

Robert Jack, 36, 1600 Pilgrim Court, Johnstown, DUI-second offense, driving while license suspended, public drunkenness, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and harassment. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison, plus an additional one year probation. Ordered to pay $9,955 in costs and fines.

James Andrew Kick, 31, 200 block of East Alton Street, Ebensburg, DUI-third offense, public drunkenness and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock. Sentenced to three months home confinement with electronic monitoring, plus 53 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,926 in costs and fines.

Brandon Edward Kirsch, 21, 300 block of Walnut Avenue, Northern Cambria, theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,269 in costs and fines.

Joseph Michael Kline, 55, 100 block of Marshall Avenue, Johnstown, DUI-second offense and public drunkeness. Sentenced to three months home confinement with electronic monitoring, plus an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,510 in costs and fines.
