Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for June 17, 2009.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 17, 2009 in the 100 block of Hogle Street. The complainant reported she and her spouse were verbally arguing over family issues. She left the area with her child to end the argument.
Deputies investigated an assault causes bodily injury family violence call June 17, 2009 in the 100 block of Savannah in Weatherford. The complainant reported her spouse assaulted her during an argument then placed threatening phone calls to her following the incident.
While on patrol in the 1000 block of East First Street in Weatherford, deputies were approached by a suspect who became verbally abusive about a prior arrest. The suspect refused to leave as the homeowner and deputy ordered, enticed the homeowner to fight, would not comply with the deputies orders, threatened the deputy then got into a vehicle and locked the doors. The driver of the vehicle dropped the suspect off at a residence and returned to the scene. The suspect made calls to local law enforcement agencies threatening the deputy’s life to dispatchers and the driver of the vehicle. Officers advised the deputy the suspect was known for violence. The Deputy filed a case against the suspect for obstruction/retaliation.
Deputies investigated a fraud/use/possession of identifying information case after the complainant reported she was notified by a creditor that unknown suspect(s) used her information to open a cell phone account.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 17, 2009 in the 200 block of Joyce Street in Weatherford. The complainant reported as she arrived home, she observed unknown suspect(s) damaged her front door while attempting to enter her residence.
Deputies investigated a possible stolen vehicle in the parking lot located in the 3900 block of Fort Worth Highway June 17, 2009. An abandoned vehicle was found and reported to deputies, who ran the vehicle through a database and discovered the vehicle was reported stolen out of Abilene. The vehicle was towed by a local wrecking service and Abilene authorities were notified.
Deputies investigated an assault causes bodily injury family violence call June 17, 2009 in the 100 block of Beaver Creek Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported her spouse assaulted her during an argument.
Deputies investigated a theft report June 17, 2009. The complainant reported an unknown suspect pumped gasoline at a convenient store in the 1600 block of North West Parkway in Azle and paid $5 for gas, pumped $16.23 worth and left the premises without paying for the remainder of the gasoline.

Sheriff’s Activity Call Log for June 18, 2009.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 18, 2009 in the 2200 block of Marilyn Street in Weatherford. The complainant reported a family member and her boyfriend were verbally arguing when the pair pushed each other. The female relative told deputies she did not wish to file charges and that the subject left the premises before deputies arrived.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call June 18, 2009 in the 6000 block of FM 1886 in Azle. The complainant reported seeing three suspects leave a neighbor’s property. He walked to his neighbor’s home and found the back door glass shattered and the door was opened. Deputies found the home in disarray and several items lying in the center of the rooms.
Deputies investigated a theft of property call June 18, 2009. The complainant reported a known suspect possibly took two cell phones, a money order and other personal items from her residence. The suspect was arrested for traffic charges earlier this month. Deputies contacted correctional officers and found the suspect was in possession of a cell phone with the serial number matching one of the phones reported missing.
Deputies investigated a recovered stolen property call in the 300 block of Beaver Creek Drive in Azle. The complainant reported a work vehicle which was reported stolen earlier this week in Tarrant County. A witness approached the business owner and told them she knew who stole the vehicle and took deputies to where the tools from the vehicle were being kept. The victim followed the witness out of the county to recover the vehicle with the help of an outside law enforcement agency.
Deputies made a traffic stop while on routine patrol June 18, 2009 on Nelson Road in northern Parker County. Deputies recognized the driver from previous stop, knew the driver did not possess a valid driver’s license and attempted to stop the vehicle by activating the emergency lights on the patrol vehicle. The driver accelerated making a sharp, reckless turn on Meadow Oaks. Deputies activated the sirens. The driver of the vehicle pulled into a private drive. The driver advised a female passenger threw illegal drugs out of the vehicle’s window while the vehicle was in motion. The driver was arrested and charged with evading arrest/detention and for possession of a dangerous drug.

Deputies investigated an assault causes bodily injury family violence call June 18, 2009 in the 200 block of Arrowhead Street in White Settlement, Parker County. The complainant reported she and her spouse were verbally and physically arguing when he assaulted her and threatened her. She ran to the bathroom and when she came out, she reported her spouse was bleeding.
Deputies investigated loose livestock in the road June 19, 2009 in the 5400 block of Old Dennis Road in Weatherford. The homeowner reported a section of pipe gate missing from her property. Deputies noticed a gate hanger which appeared to be cut.
Deputies investigated an abandoned vehicle while on patrol June 19, 2009 in the 900 block of Upper Denton Road in Weatherford. Deputies observed a vehicle parked partially in the roadway, causing a hazard and observed a radio missing and a window damaged. Deputies then called for a wrecker to remove the vehicle.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a building call June 19, 2009 in the 1100 block of New Highland Road in Springtown. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered her storage shed and stole a dinning set, a lawn mower, a weed eater, a trailer hitch and a tool chest.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call June 19, 2009 in the 500 block of Palo Pinto Street in Weatherford. The complainant reported her back door appeared as if unknown suspect(s) had tried to kick it in. She also reported no entry was made and no items appeared missing.
Deputies investigated an assault June 19, 2009 in the 100 block of Noah’s Court in Weatherford. The complainant reported she and her spouse were verbally arguing when he physically assaulted her.
Deputies investigated a forgery-financial instrument call June 19, 2009, where the complainant reported a family member stole personal checks and passed them at local businesses.
Deputies investigated a theft call June 19, 2009 in the 3100 block of Michele Court in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole the license plate form her vehicle.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 19, 2009 in the 6700 block of Lazy Bend Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) cut the brake line, transmission and gasline to her vehicle.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 19, 2009 in the 200 block of Oakley Circle in Springtown. The complainant reported he was a realtor showing a home when he observed a broken window.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 19, 2009 in the 1500 block of Greenwood Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported family members had been arguing when one of them took the other one’s cell phone and attempted to leave with it.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call June 19, 2009 in the 100 block of Trail Ridge in Weatherford. The complainant reported she arrived home and found her patio door had been kicked in, the electric meter had been pulled and a fur coat had been stolen.
Deputies investigated a theft call June 19, 2009 in the 1600 block of Northwest Parkway in Azle. The complainant reported three juvenile suspects entered a convenient store and took items without paying for them.

Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 20, 2009 in the 400 block of Longhorn Trail in Weatherford. The complainant reported as he sat in his vehicle in his driveway, a vehicle approached him and the driver enticed him to fight. He rolled up his window. The suspect then broke the victim’s windshield.
Deputies investigated a theft of property call June 20, 2009 in the 1900 block of Knob Road in Springtown. The complainant reported a known suspect stole her Play Station game system.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 20, 2009 in the 800 block of Brazos Rock in Millsap. The complainant reported her ex husband violated a protective order.
Deputies investigated a threat call June 20, 2009 in the 2300 block of Highway 199 in Springtown. The complainant reported a known acquaintance made a terroristic threat against his daughter.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 20, 2009 in the 1400 block of Greenwood Road in Weatherford. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) shot and broke a security light and a window at her business.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call June 20, 2009 in the 1400 block of White Dove Lane in Azle. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered her residence and stole miscellaneous jewelry.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call June 20, 2009 in the 20 block of King Ranch Court in Fort Worth, Parker County. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole a set of golf clubs from the residence.
Deputies investigated as assault call June 20, 2009 in the 100 block of Shiloh Lane in Springtown. The complainant reported a family member assaulted his son during a verbal argument.
Deputies investigated a disorderly conduct call June 20, 2009 in the 1600 block of Northwest Parkway in Azle. The complainant reported the suspect entered the store and used vulgar language.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 20, 2009 in the 200 block of Jaybird Cut Off in Springtown. The complainant reported he advised a family member that their son’s bike was stolen by a known suspect who lived on the same street. The complainant confronted the suspect and engaged in a verbal argument.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 20, 2009 in the 100 block of Hyde Away Lane in Weatherford. The complainant reported numerous family members were verbally arguing and two members were involved in a physical altercation.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 21, 2009 in the 100 block of Monticello Drive in Weatherford. The complainant reported he and his wife were involved in a verbal argument. No assault was reported.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 21, 2009 in the 400 block of Victory Lane in Springtown. The complainant reported she and her spouse were involved in a verbal argument. No assault was reported.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 21, 2009 in the 900 block of McVoid Road in Springtown. The complainant reported she and her husband were involved in a verbal argument in the vehicle which continued when they arrived home. She reported her spouse began to throw household items and breaking them inside the home. The last thing she remembered was kneeling down to clean up broken glass and awoke to find him gone.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 21, 2009 in the 200 block of Joyce Street in Weatherford. The complainant reported his girlfriend began arguing when she assaulted him. He left the residence and the female began throwing things off a balcony onto his vehicle.
Deputies investigated a second assault causes bodily injury family violence call June 21, 2009 in the 200 block of Joyce Street in Weatherford. The same complainant reported he was again assaulted in the head by his girlfriend.
Deputies investigated a criminal mischief call June 21, 2009 in the 2200 block of Lucas in Weatherford. The complainant reported a known suspect punctured his vehicle’s tire and caused damage to his vehicle when a family member demanded to speak to his spouse, who was not available.
Deputies investigated a road rage incident June 21, 2009 near the Brock Junction Store. The complainant reported an unknown suspect pulled out in front of him, cut him off, pulled up next to him traveling the wrong direction, cursing at him and enticing him to pull over. The suspect blocked the intersection, cursed and the complainant drove off.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation cal June 21, 2009 in the 100 block of Overland Trail in Azle. The complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered her residence and stole an unfilled prescription slip.
Deputies investigated an assault call June 21, 2009 in the 100 block of Tealwood Court in Aledo. The complainant reported several suspects assaulted him after an accident occurred.
Deputies investigated a theft of property call June 21, 2009 in the 100 block of Sandy Lee Lane in Weatherford. The complainant reported suspects stole a welder, a grinder and a weed eater from the property.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 21, 2009 in the 2200 block of Greg Street in Azle. The complaint reported he and his spouse were verbally arguing. No assault was reported.
Deputies investigated a burglary of a habitation call June 21, 2009 in the 200 block of West Seaberry Street in Poolville. The complainant reported a known suspect stole items from his residence including two television sets, two shovels and a rake.
Deputies investigated a disturbance call June 21, 2009 in the 200 block of Baugham Hill Road in Azle. The complainant reported a family member was intoxicated and that no assault had occurred, she just wanted him to calm down.
