CLINTON — Clinton Police Chief Kevin Gyrion has confirmed there is no threat to the public after schools were placed on lockdown this morning due to a domestic incident in the city.
"The schools were placed on lockdown as a safety precaution, due to their close proximity to a domestic incident involving possible weapons," Gyrion said. "The area has been cleared and the lockdowns have been lifted. There is no threat to the public."
