FULTON, Ill.  — A Fulton man has been arrested on drug and weapons charges.

According to Fulton police, Dustin A. Dauen, 36, was arrested Friday morning as a result of an ongoing investigation. Dauen is charged with possession of methamphetamine up to 5 grams (a Class 3 felony) and three counts of violation of revocation of a firearm owner’s identification card (a Class A misdemeanor).

The investigation is still ongoing and more charges are pending, police said.

Dauen was transported to the Whiteside County Jail in Morrison, Illinois pending his initial appearance and arraignment.
