Driving while barred

• Dakota J. Norman, 21, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for one day served. A $625 fine was suspended. He was accused on May 22 by the Camanche Police Department.

• Dustin R. Plum, 23, 3610 N. Third St., pleaded guilty to driving while barred and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 28 days suspended and credit for two days served. A $625 fine was imposed. He was accused on March 28 by the Clinton County Sheriff's Office.

Drugs

• William J. Kassel, 38, 314 First Ave., No. 2, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 170 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $625 fine was imposed. He was accused on May 23 by the Clinton Police Department.

• Ryan W. Smith, 27, 421 Fifth Ave. South, Apt. 8, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, second offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail, with 168 days suspended and credit for 22 days served. A $625 fine was imposed. He was accused on June 12 by the Clinton Police Department.

Forgery

• Jessica J. Wilkerson, 37, 530 Sixth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to forgery. A prison sentence not to exceed five years was suspended. A $750 fine was suspended. A condition of probation is Wilkerson successfully completing the Women's Correctional Facility program in Davenport. One count of identity theft under $1,000 was dismissed. She was accused on Jan. 18 by the Clinton Police Department.

Probation Violation

• Charles J. Hopkins, 41, 723 Seventh Ave. South, stipulated to violation of probation and agreed to revocation of a previously imposed deferred judgment. Hopkins was ordered to serve three days in the Clinton County Jail, with credit for three days served for one count of accessory after the fact. A $625 fine was imposed.

Unauthorized use of a credit card

• Jolene M. Fairbanks, 31, 316 First Ave., pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000. A prison sentence not to exceed two years was suspended. A $625 fine was imposed. She was accused on Feb. 28 by the Clinton Police Department.
