Dismissed

Kayla J. Hernandez, 25, 1324 15th Ave. South, had one count of possession of a controlled substance, first offense, dismissed. She was accused Oct. 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

Assault

Eleana L. Buckley, 21, of DeWitt, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $100. She was accused Sept. 20 by the DeWitt Police Department.

Conner C. Galloway, 26, 709 S. Sixth St., pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and was ordered to serve 90 days in the Clinton County Jail with 78 days suspended and credit for 12 days served. A $315 fine was suspended. He was accused March 5 by the Clinton Police Department.

Jason L. Jones, 41, 724 Second Ave. South, pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $65. He was accused June 24 by the Clinton Police Department.

Criminal mischief

Michael J. Matthew, 19, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal mischief and was granted a deferred judgment. A $625 civil penalty was imposed. He was accused Sept. 8 by the Clinton Police Department.

Drugs

Thomas C. Atwood III, 24, of Princeton, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgment. A $515 civil penalty was imposed. He was accused Oct. 11 by the Camanche Police Department.

Shawn L. Farley, 29, of Camanche, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $315 fine was suspended. He was accused Sept. 27 by the Camanche Police Department.

Lynndee K. Herald, 18, of Lowden, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgment. A $515 civil penalty was imposed. She was accused Sept. 25 by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

Devonte D. McGee, 18, 624 Sixth Ave. South, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was granted a deferred judgment. A $315 civil penalty was suspended/waived. He was accused Oct. 13 by the Clinton Police Department.

Christopher P. McQuistion, 24, 275 28th Ave. North, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and was ordered to serve 180 days in the Clinton County Jail with 179 days suspended and credit for one day served. A $315 fine was imposed. He was accused Oct. 2 by the Clinton Police Department.

Milik D. Yarbrough, 24, of Zion, Illinois, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, first offense, and was ordered to serve 30 days in the Clinton County Jail with 30 days suspended. A $315 fine was imposed. He was accused September 19, 2016, by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

Interference with official acts

Robert R. Madsen, 50, 842 Sixth Ave. South, Apt. 4, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts and was ordered to serve one day in the Clinton County Jail with credit for one day served. He was accused Aug. 10 by the Clinton Police Department.
