- Bryant W. Barnette, 29, was arrested at the intersection of Second Avenue South and Third Street for an in-county warrant.

- Joshua J. Sutton, 30, was arrested at 2336 Prospect Ave. for domestic abuse or assault with intent to inflict serious injury.

- John B. Dehner, 65, was arrested at 2345 N. Seventh St. for filing a false 9-1-1 report.

July 3

- Gary E. Emmert, 39, was arrested at 1720 Camanche Ave., Apt. 3, for contempt, violation of a no-contact or protective order.

- Jennifer N. Emmert, 34, was arrested at 1720 Camanche Ave. Apt. 3 for contempt, violation of a no-contact or protective order.

- Kelsey D. Beswick, 29, was arrested at 1905 Lincoln Way for an out-of-county warrant and a warrant of arrest.

- Malcolm J. Desvignes Jr., 19, was arrested in the 1100 block of North Third Street for carrying weapons, firearm transported in a vehicle.

- A juvenile, 17, was arrested in the 1100 block of North Third Street for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Kalyn R. Fonner, 26, was arrested at 302 Sixth Ave. South for unauthorized use of a credit card not exceeding $1,500, fifth-degree theft, possession of stolen property not exceeding $300, and possession of a controlled substance, second offense.

- Katie L. M. Washington, 29, was arrested at 541 Sixth Ave. South for public intoxication, first offense.

- Marcia A. Hensley, 60, was arrested at 716 S. Fourth St. for public intoxication, first offense.

- Ashley M. Foley, 19, was arrested at 2281 Valley West Court for fifth-degree theft, shoplifting not exceeding $300.

- Goldie E. Foley, 39, was arrested at 2281 Valley West Court for fifth-degree theft, shoplifting not exceeding $300.

- Gage A. Prucnal, 18, was arrested at the intersection of North 11th Street and 10th Avenue for operating while under the influence, first offense; possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 6

- Kyle L. Humlick, 28, was arrested at Keister's Hill EB for a bench warrant.

- Ashley L. Caes, 30, was arrested at 301 Second Ave. South for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, and an out-of-county warrant.

- Dionna S. Cameron, 23, was arrested at 500 Oakhurst Drive for fifth-degree criminal mischief, damage not exceeding $300.

- Scott K. Brown, 37, was arrested at 2440 Dunham St. for an in-county warrant.

- Robert R. Jamison Jr., 45, was arrested in the 400 block of North Second Street for driving while barred, habitual offender, and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, first offense.

- Corey L. Campbell-Crawford, 29, was arrested at 232 Second Ave. South for going armed with intent, dominion or control of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon, and intimidation with a dangerous weapon, injuring or provoking fear.

- Michael A. Spain, 38, was arrested at 826 15th Ave. South for an in-county warrant.

- Charles E. Clausen, 43, was arrested at 5000 Lincoln Way for public intoxication, first offense.

- A juvenile, 17, was arrested at 2808 S. 25th St. for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense.

- John B. Dehner, 65, was arrested at 2339 N. Seventh St. for disorderly conduct, abusive epithet or threatening gesture, and trespassing causing no damage or injury.

- Douglas A. Bitler, 34, was arrested at 1905 N. Second St. for disorderly conduct, obstructing public way, and interference with official acts.

- Ryan P. Harris, 28, was arrested at 767 13th Ave. South for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.

- Carla R. Saladin, 51, was arrested at 268 19th Ave. North for possession of a controlled substance, first offense.

- Dayna M. Lloyd, 26, was arrested at 1940 Lincoln Way for unlawful possession of a prescription drug.

- Katie S. Foley, 27, was arrested at 2715 S. 18th St. for interference with official acts, driving while license denied, suspended, canceled or revoked, and a bench warrant.
