Summer Nights kicks off May 27 at Spring Valley

FULTON, Ill. — Spring Valley Reformed Church will kick off the Spring Valley Summer Nights concert series on Memorial Day, May 27.

For over 70 years, it has been a tradition of the church to provide a meal for the community on Memorial Day. Supper will be served at 4:30 p.m. The menu will include barbecue beef, potato salad, baked beans, chips and dessert and something to drink. Cost is a free-will donation.

The concert will begin at 6 p.m. The New Revival Quartet will perform on the outdoor stage. New Revival is known for its unique harmony and warm vocals. Learn more about the group at http://newrevivalqt.com/.

Summer Nights will continue through Labor Day, beginning at 6 p.m. every Sunday. If the weather prohibits attendees from being outside, services will move into the air-conditioned sanctuary.
