Thanks for attending Dueling Pianos

Dear Editor:

I want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended or contributed to Mentor Clinton County's recent Dueling Pianos event. Approximately 400 people attended this event and had a great time enjoying appetizers and piano entertainment by Midwest Dueling Pianos. Special recognition goes to the Wild Rose Casino and ReMax Elite for their support of our event. Funds raised will enable us to continue to provide one-to-one mentoring for children in the Clinton, DeWitt and surrounding areas. We are currently serving children through our community programs and school based programs, including Northeast Fulton, Calamus-Wheatland and Easton Valley school districts.

Mentor Clinton County has recently changed our name from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clinton, but we have not changed our mission, which is to help children reach their highest potential through professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that have lasting and measurable impact.

There are many ways to continue to support youth mentoring in our community. We sponsor fundraisers every year including Breakfast with Santa in November and Dueling Pianos event in the spring. You can also support our agency by becoming a mentor or encouraging coworkers, friends or family to be a mentor. We work with men, women and couples. We are always looking for volunteers for our program We love to talk about the success of our program. We are available to speak to groups of any size about our program and volunteer opportunities.

Check us out on our website www.bbbsclinton.org and on Facebook at www.facebook.com/BigBrothersBigSistersofClinton or for more information.

Thank you again for your support.
